Thank you for shopping with us at Mountain Magnets! Each of our photo magnets is custom-made with care, and we're committed to delivering them safely and efficiently to your door.

Processing Times

All orders are made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to create your custom photo magnets before they are shipped. During high-volume seasons or sales, processing may take an extra day or two- but we'll always do our best to keep you informed!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer calculated shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are based on your location and products ordered. We typically use USPS Ground Advantage Shipping (U.S.) and it typically takes between 2-5 business days, depending on location. 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, location, or other delays.

We currently ship within the United States from Hayden, Idaho.

Shipping Issues or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@mountain-magnets.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll help you resolve the issue. While we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, we'll do our best to make it right.
